The following information will aid you in planning your visit to The Hair Restoration Institute at Sante Medical.

Flight & Hotel Expenses

For out-of-town patients traveling more than 100 km (60 miles) and requiring more than 2000 follicular units in a single session, HRI at Sante Medical provides:

A reimbursement to help offset your travel expenses (receipts required)
An allowance for two night’s accommodations at a hotel.(receipts required)

For Calgary and area patients, The Hair Restoration Institute at Sante Medical is pleased to offer a series of Sunetics low level laser therapy treatments to support their hair restoration procedure in lieu of travel expense assistance.

Travel Documents

U.S. travelers will need a passport to enter into Canada.

International travelers will need to travel with their passport. We recommend that international patients contact their local travel agent to determine what additional documents, such as visas, may be required.

All patients will be sent a confirmation letter prior to their procedure date which Canada Border Services may request.

Hotel Reservations

Patients are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. At the time of booking your procedure and after your airfare is confirmed, our Patient Coordinator can help you book at one of the several quality hotels close to our clinic.

Travel Arrangements

Patients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Patients booking flights should ensure that the flight arrives at Calgary International Airport (YYC). International gateways serviced by non-stop flights to/from Calgary include London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Tokyo, as well as most major U.S. cities.
